Hot Toys CAD BANE | The Book of Boba Fett | TMS080 Unboxing & Review 

I’m going to watch the BOBF again, always enjoy it more second time. Cad looks amazing! Won’t be getting this one, but can appreciate him. Great video again Sir x thank you

When Solo came out, I heard they were planning a Boba Fett movie…I was like “uh, no need for that.” Then I saw Solo, and who we saw at the end…Maul! I was freaking out, demanding a sequel to Solo that included Cad Bane. I’m glad we eventually got him in Book of Boba Fett, my brother hasn’t watched The Clone Wars and he was impressed with Cad Bane’s appearance. I missed out on this figure, Cad Bane is my second-favourite bounty hunter, he’s dangerous! Nice use of the Crosshair toothpick!

I never even touched the fence TK421 lad this figure is epic . Definitely VFM with three faces and accessories and the robot as well 😎😎looks quality no cheap parts a must have. One can't help thinking that Cad Banes creator is an Iron Madien fan ,Stranger in a strange land 👀👀.

The whole bad gunslinger look he has is amazing love how he has come out , as you say hot toys on a great run with their Star Wars releases, really hard to rank your four new additions this week they have all been stunning, I really wish I could get my pre orders delivered more quickly! This figure is absolutely incredible. I don’t collect any star wars but this is making me want too. But it just gets too expensive if you go over to all the franchises you want.

Great review, wish they would have given us a wider brimmed hat to go with the TODO look . Got this on preorder, can’t wait , those guns are incredible!! I wish Hot toys would do a bounty hunters line .

I own around 20 star wars figures, 25 actually with preorders and it's not that much actually but I can reasonably say that it's probably my favourite figure I own, I'm just blown away by this star wars character and what Hot toys did with him is just fantastic... i was not into clone wars but when I saw his performance in TBOBF I finally decided to watch it too and yeah, was spot on ! Now I seriously thinking of ordering the Sideshow version as well, I'm a bit scared of the quality level they will put in it though... I could even buy a second one from HT as much as I love this figure and character ! You can really make a lot of different poses with this one and they always looks great ! There is something magical with this one, at least to my taste ! Only original Troopers figures gave me the same feeling and well, I mean I have several bobas too ! Have to admit ! But they all looks different one from another ! Yes, pretty sure I will at least get the Sideshow one too someday. Did you have a look at this one ? It looks fantastic too ! Peace Bro. Have to say I loved the Book Of Boba Fett! Amazing figure and great review mate. Mine is arriving sometime next week so really looking forward to it after your review pal. I ordered the deluxe version and am going to try and light ToTo up!

Man I should have pre ordered this figure when I had the chance. It looks freaking amazing. I’m currently on wait list for both editions on sideshow. Fingers crossed I can convert on one. Looks like a serious contender for figure of the year. Not to often we get an alien character from hot toys as well so definitely a treat. Also I really enjoyed book of boba fett I’m not sure why there’s so much hate for it. Could it have been better? Of course. But it was not bad at all. I enjoyed it quite a bit.

Fantastic review, Chris. The one criticism I have off the bat is I wish ToTo's stand would have him flying higher; as low as he is, not sure he'll be noticed too well in a display with other figures. Not sure when mine will come in (but not in a hurry since I still have to pay for it 🤣)

Hot toys are just not giving us any rest with these releases don't they? But,all of their releases have been so amazing. Bane just looks so good . I would find a custom big hat like in the animated version which I prefer . Facial sculpt , each one looks good for me. Awesome review as always mate

Fun Fact: That plate on his head is from when he got hit by a Young Boba in a duel (unreleased Clone Wars episode). As a result of that duel, Boba got his iconic helmet dent.

Nice review Chris - you’ve had a busy week! Can see this figure being a future grail and will certainly feature in most people’s Top 5 of 2023, I’m sure! It’s likely to be quite sought after in the future, as I can’t see Hot Toys producing another Cad Bane… I’ve got mine on pre-order but it won’t be arriving for a while, so it was nice to get a close look at him. Another one for my ‘wants’ list, near the top with Koska and Fennec. Was disappointed Cad only lasted 2 episodes, hoping he’ll be back somehow, somewhere. Seems us BOBF fans are a rare breed so don’t hold out hope for a 2nd series.

I wonder if Hot Toys will be motivated to do a Clone Wars version after the success of this version

I've been really looking forward to this one, had it on pre-order for ages. What are your predictions for how this figure will sell in a few years? I think either Cad Bane will be hard to get and go up in price like some of the older figures or they will make loads and it will be like the armorer or IG-11, a great figure but always on sale and loads of them available.

Got this in hand today. Oh man this piece is impressive. Makes me feel like a kid again 😂. Ht is at its best doing alien characters. And that todo weathering and paint job is crazy good, it’s everything I hope gonk droid would be 😢.

Great video as always bud, so nice to see a great close up on this figure. As you know we have a few suppliers in the UK who get first batch figures so quickly. Was going to get him, but my preorder came though plus Fennec Shand. So I thought end of month. But found out it's gone up in price, so no rush from me. I'll get him later down the line when the price goes back to normal. ( just Like all the others). But a great figure for sure. Thanks for showing
