had this hot toys iron man for a few years now an its amazing how much better they have got !! .....an more expensive !!! its sad that this isnt the best made figure but its still nice an was early days for hot toys

For an older hot toys it still looks not to bad. You're right the colour don't look right. And i've heard the rubber parts do degrade of some of these hot toys figures. A friend had the Robocop figure and the rubber was crumbling. Shocking review! haha

The colour is no were near ! Im keeping my eye on the rubber bit its why its gone back in the box

I think it actually is a movie realistic color. It all depends on which movie scene it is viewed from. In the scene where he it shoots the terrorists, he’s color looks very dark, just like the Hot toys mark3.

In most films you find the things on screen look very different colors to the real life item due to on set lighting and things and evenhow bright you have the color set on your tv. I agree it does look that color in some scenes

Hot Toys has came a long way since 2008. The updated diecast version is such an improvement they felt like they don't belong to the same manufacturer. It's a shame hot toys cut a few corners on the diecast version though.

I have seen the diecast an they are a lot better I think metal molds better than plastic an is easy to make look metallic because it is. The prices for hot toys is crazy now but I do think when you have one in front of you an it looks so real you understand why they cost so much !

@@Returnoftherocketman I look at Hot Toys the same way as Rolexes. Purposely limiting supplies to artifically induce rarity hence increase in price. They get away with it because they are the best at what they do. We just have to pay for it.

@@LemtemPoktui I used to pick them up for £150 an below now a second hand one can be 300 so my collection has come to a stop for now. I do keep an eye on ebay. Like you say we have to pay for perfection

Don’t collect marvel but that’s pretty sweet, I have the hot toys movie masterpiece Vader and fett with the sarlac. Have holiday special fett also amongst others

i have never been able to win the star wars hot toys on ebay lol . i have the ko vader an if there as good as that i would love to get some !!

Return of the rocketman the movie masterpiece is pretty nice the light up features battery life don’t last that long. I used the flex pay option on sideshowtoys.com so it was like 75 bucks over 3 months. Deluxe fett II got for 160 off ebay
