Hot Toys Peacemaker Unboxing & Review 

Love this show, and the figure captures the ridiculousness of the character perfectly. Great figure and great review as always.

Nuff said, Justin nailed once again, the figure is a solid 9,5/10, yesss🎉 about the unmasked head...i am pretty sure they are keeping that in order to secure sales of a potential v2.0 once season 2 comes out...most probably his costume won't change at all so...unmasked head would be the main selling point for those of us who had already bought v1. Just my two cents...

Loved the review and it is a fantastic figure. I just wish they had done Rick Flagg in the yellow T-shirt and Harley in the red leather outfit from the start of the movie.

Justin, the things you said about the gun could just be theoretical, but I heard in a review about a 1/3 statue (Arthur Fleck or Heath Joker, can’t remember) that DC are being VERY restrictive about weapons. And for this figure here, we actually have PROOFS that HT avoided the prohibition: 1 - hand to hold the gun, 2 - silencer to the gun, 3 - details that we could just see having the gun in hands, like the bullets. I imagine a HT guy talking to a DC lawyer: “well, we did fix the gun to the holster. But it’s not our falt if 99.99999% of the collectors can remove it” 🤣 Hahahaha Cheers!

The plain helmet is also the “The Suicide Squad” one, which I prefer. The blue band on the show one just looks weird to me personally.

great video man !About the gun , DC are not allowing guns in figures from now on , but ofc hot toys knew that no matter what we gonna try to take it out , so they just make it easy and add the extra details on the gun ;d The annouying thing is that from on we may not see guns in new DC figures

I don't know what is the most frustating : having a figure of a character who uses guns but are not included or having it but glued to the figure so you can't use it lol I'm not pro-gun but Hot toys figures are supposed to be for adults only (and I think DC guns ban is directed towards children)

Those who own The Peacemaker and trying to remove his pistol from the holster at 14:47 I use a thin nail scissor and carefully cut that peg right off. Be very patient when cutting because you never know that you might damage the pistol

Very curious on why they'd include a trigger hand if you weren't supposed to remove the gun

The only thing missing is his peacemaker shield

I have modified fixed neck head sculpts to fit M35 bodies all you need is a dremel and cut the neck off around the jaw line and switch to a pine apple bit to hollow it out for the neck peg

the cena headsculpt underneath the helmet looks like something straight out of cyberpunk 2077

Oh hot toys definitely intend for the pistol to be removeable, abeit a lil bit more tricky to do

For Peacemaker, Hot Toys has to render his signature weapon unusable because of WB's oh so principled stand against gun violence (only in toy form, not in their movies, of course). Meanwhile, the upcoming TDK Joker comes loaded for bear with a submachine gun, a machine pistol, and a shotgun, and even freaking Batman figures pack heat because that's how he is in the Snyderverse. Ah well, it's foolish of me to expect any kind of consistency from the sort of corporate hacks who make decisions like this.

I'm going to take a moment and commend Hot Toys for making the final product better than the prototype. A lot of places I hang out that discuss 1/6 are often toxic when it comes to HT and tend to linger on the negatives while not really giving enough kudos when they're due. Granted, that's the way of things when it comes to any kind of product or media, but nowadays I don't have the time or energy to just focus on the ways something disappoints me.

Oh boy! This is awesome! 100% knocked it out the park! Great figure Hot Toys! Head sculpts are great! I love the head sculpt open mouth and the tongue attachment excellent!!!! They should’ve included an unhelmeted head sculpt but forgivable because the figure looks amazing! This is what I expect from Hot Toys from all their Figures!!!

Wow, talk about a figure going from a 5 initially for preorder to a 10 upon release, this soars like Eagly.

I thought my first hot toys figures was going to be one of the Batman's but after seeing this review woah all I can say is this one is going to the top of my list

i regret getting the waitlist opportunity at Sideshow to purchase him and not getting it.

I hope there’s a 3rd party Harley Quinn coming from somebody soon. I’m hoping it’s the leather outfit version since that’s the best look Margot’s Harley got.

Yeah I think they realised this would sell nearly nothing as it was. But with the improvements (they're not weird, weird is DC's restrictions on figures for adults) it's gone to being so good I might get it where I wouldn't have generally otherwise!

I won't be getting Peacemaker but I might try to find an Eagly all by himself. It is too bad they didn't provide with an unmasked head sculpt or at least provide a switch out hair piece.
