HOT WHEELS COLOR SHIFTERS TEST + RACE 

I'm 39 years old and I still love colour changing toy cars

used to watch vids like this all the time as a kid, ty so much for this video!

The only disadvantage: when a part of the car got scratched (even at a hotwheels track), that part will not change color anymore. Thats why it has a protective pastic at the package. So don't play it on the wrong track, use the preferred color shifters track instead. I learned this the bad way and I didn't enjoy my car, I even didn't test the features totally, I only changed the color once then it got scratched. I rubbed it with ice then it change color, after I played with it on a Hotwheels track (not a color shifters track) then it got scratched by kicker at the back. I was a little back then. R.I.P. car.

Hint: The color that the model will change once it's diiped into the water is shown on the card art. I must have some Color Shifters somewhere...your video makes me want to buy some more. Thanks a lot for this presentation Phil!

Why does the cold water not work

Is there a special kind of formula that they put in the moulding of the outer shell when they manufacture those toy cars?

I used to have this some sort of color changing croc rod The original color of it was white and it turns purple

"HWTF" stands for "Hot Wheels Test Facility".

It shows you what color it changes on the package and you put it in cold water to change the color

The coler changes back if u put it on hot water

You know what you could do? You could cut up pieces of tape to look like a design then put it on the color shifter. Dip it in then you'll have both colors with different designs! I tested it and it works! just tmdont use strong tape. Use scotch tape or something like that

I know them under a different name. When i was a kid they were called 'Automagic' in 1988/89. Later they had an kind of a pen to draw on the cars with cold or hot water . It was the same principal.

Hwtf buuggy is from the test facility and also loop coupe both from snow stormers

Um I got a color shifters edition Batmobile but it isn't that good, it doesn't change color according to me because only the flames on the hood of the car turn from black to orange, not that big of a change.
