kolapasi santhosh Vaila nalla vadai sudura aalu. Their menu and concept itself is a scam. They make less than 10 items, mix and match them and make 50 plus menu items. Do they even know what keto is or even consulted a nutritionist/dietician? replacing rice with sweet basil (sabja) seeds for curd rice and calling keto is a joke.

Gopinath doesn’t understand food industry it seems. Why would he even compare home made food and hotel food? If you don’t want to order a butter masala dosa, please don’t! Conscious people will choose other healthier options. The whole point of coming to an hotel is to try something exciting and different. If he wants hotels to turn that down a bit what will be the differentiating factor between hotels themselves and home made food? How will they profit? For the first time I’m in awe of the line of questioning from Gopinath.

From my opinion, hotel has to give all types. Customers have to choose the item according to their health. If we eat daily kesari from a2b then we shouldn't blame the a2b. I love all these people hotel food. Once in a month is my style.

I am living in France. Last year I visited India along with my family for one month. Nearly 15 days myself and my childrens ate in A2B, eithet breakfast or lunch. There is no irritation or any digestion problem. We have to eat occassionaly in hotel not every day. Cost is little bit bit high but it values for your health.

No one can run this round table apart from Gopi. Great work and best questions. Somehow Kolapasi seems to be money minded. Not sure only I see him this way. I don’t like his arguments in any of these round table shows. I am residing in US but I would prefer Indian restaurants comparatively.
