Thank you; our travel agent had this on her list of recommended hotels for our upcoming trip, but your video has me checking it off! I would feel the same way on the matters you shared. We have found that our last two stays at other JW Marriotts have been as you describe.

Yeah, it was a bumpy ride for sure. If you ignore the upgrade mess, the rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment and definitely not worth the price. So many better options in London. Thank you for watching and safe travels
