Don’t believe a word this fool is saying. Just got back from my family’s vacation where we’ve stayed at the riu cancu for 13 years. The staff is the friendliest anywhere and omg the sand is like powder never gets hot more like water temperature beach may be more narrow than others but plenty wide enough. Never seen a mosquito and my daughter was shocked to see her first fly there ever. I’m not going to claim it’s the best hotel in cancun but for 13 years straight we’ve loved it

So you’ve never been there your just taking a few peoples opinion taking it as gospel. By the way a lot of you photos were not even of the riu cancun hotel

Yes, it is not comfortable for someone hear the bad things about the resort, where you spend perfect time! But people have right to know not only bright side. You agree with me , that some people have a bad experience, even in a top rated resort.
We have been at the Riu 4 times and honestly i dont know what you are talking about, everything you describe has never been our experience of the Riu cancun. You must be the most unfortunate gust because this has never been our experience. We have stayed at other resorts in cancun but we prefer the Rio and we are booked again for 2024
