@@kerrieflatts4249 we heard that too before arriving, but our room air con worked fantastic, as did the restaurant ones at the time. As for drinks service, it was excellent except the odd time around the pool if you ordered via the app. If the WiFi dipped, they sometimes didn’t get your order.
@@JLUNT2509 we didn’t in our room. I’m not sure if you can get one from reception. We never needed one. I would ask as soon as you check in. Or take a travel iron.
@@Livinthedream22I'm quite surprised they don't have ironing board and iron in the rooms for 5 star hotel ... I stayed in 4 star in one of the Riu hotels in Africa it had all the mod cons!
@@withheld4570 I agree, they really should have one in the room. Some hotels see anything that heats up as a fire risk and don’t like to have them in every room but there doesn’t seem to be any hard and fast rule as to which ones do and which one’s don’t.
a very good video. we are looking at a few 5 start hotels on lara beach to visit this year and this gave me a good idea how good the Titanic hotel is. Whats the drinks menu and service like?
@@gazman7579 we’re pretty easy going so I found the red wine to be perfectly fine. The Efes beer was delicious too. The wife thought the white wine was lovely, and everyone enjoyed the cocktails. Service was generally excellent, but hit and miss if ordering drinks round the pool via the app.
@@lisaashton8723 thank you. I believe we paid £120 for ours. However, between booking it from home and arriving a few weeks later the price went up. I think it’s either £140 or £150 now.
