Hotel Valldemossa 

Two 19th century stone houses on a hill overlooking the valley are the origin of this small, luxury hotel in Valldemossa. Carefully restored respecting the original style, it was completed in 2004 and today the hotel has the finest panoramic views of the valley, and a view over the famous Palma Bay from its rooms, terraces, lounges and dining room.
The hotel is more of a home for welcoming friends and accommodating them as if they were staying in their own country house. Whether in the reception, the dining room, the bar, the lounges or any other service, you will be provided with the best of service, yet still feel as if you are staying at home instead of in a hotel.
Hotel Valldemossa has twelve rooms, eight Junior Suites and four Double Superiors. The rooms have been named after illustrious people relating in some way to the town of Valldemossa, such as Frederic Chopin, Georg Sand, the Archiduque Luis Salvador, etc. Each room has been decorated with its own individual style and flair, no two rooms are similar. All of them combine classic design with modern commodities to ensure tranquility and an enjoyable rest.
The restaurant uses fresh products of the highest quality, and prepare these to take maximum advantage of the raw materials, without forgetting the presentation, which reflects the care and attention the hotel dedicates to their work.
