It's really not a show without Doboy OR Kev. When Doboy is missing I miss him. He brings a lot of natural funny energy when everyone is busy being cool. He's uniquely funny and you can tell he genuinely enjoys talking with the Squad. That's why the energy shifted when he was told to shut up.

I just think Kev is used to being in the authority role and he talks that way. He used to be in a leadership role at ADD when Russell was there as well as Do works for his production company/RU-vid channel. So it's a weird dynamic when you are both friends, colleagues, and in a leadership role.

Think Do boy is like Kelly Rowland. She was first out with a solo i.e. stole which was a massive success but she wasn't confident in herself which is why she is seen as second to beyonce now. Similarly Do boy lacks confidence and looks up to Kevin cause of his mannerisms and cause Kevin is slightly less hood than Do boy. So he backs off and doesn't challenge him. I actually see Doboy point. Maybe it's how I was introduced to Lauren hill but I always thought of her as a singer. Does she have many song's when it's majority rap? I went to one of her concerts and like 80% of the show was her singing. She sings majority of the time, she doesn't rap enough to be classified a rapper. It's like saying Nicki is a singer because sometimes she briefly sings on records.But yes sales doesn't equal quality.

N Ca at that point I would say you’re a legend or a great lyricist but you don’t qualify for the argument of GOAT stature. Doboy gave a good analogy; if I am in the NBA, and I have an amazing rookie and sophomore year in the league, no matter the accolades nor how far we go in the season, should be enough to push me into the conversation of GOAT. Yes quality matters, but a GOAT also needs Quantity, and she doesn’t have that.

Looks like a classic case of too much togetherness. Eveyone is on each other's podcasts/shows as well as the ADD shows. They may need a little break from each other🤷🏽‍♀️. Or things will get too tense. Doboy can take the heat (usually) but it's a little too often these days due to all the overlapping content. I would suggest bringing more people in more often like Teddy or Precious. Also, Jim Carey in How the Grinch Stole Christmas is one of my absolute faves. I wish he did Cat in the Hat too.

I disagree with the whole "they're young" excuse. You either watch/experience something or you don't. I'm younger than Pat and I've seen many of these classics and listen to all types of music from many different eras. If Pat doesn't like a certain artist or didn't watch a certain movie, that's just his experience and personal taste. I'm young but am still able to consume art of all varieties.

I’ve be rewatching old episodes cuz I miss Doboy. The more I listen, the more I feel like Doboy was disrespected a lot. This episode is the hardest to rewatch. I’m just to here to cape for Tony and say I think it’s hilarious that last episode when he once again expressed how he doesn’t like doing the Zoom segments with them because they constantly talk over each other that they tried to make a joke out of it because he was already committed to the episode. This week when they found out Tony wasn’t doing the show they were all genuinely salty ESPECIALLY Kev and Pat. That’s why Pat said “I’m convinced Tony doesn’t like us” like 3 times and he was dead serious. Tony is hilarious, they need to take in to account more what he does and can continue to bring to the table.
