Love how the resort focuses so heavily on culture in the decor, so well done. Thanks for making this video…it’s hard to find resort videos with FAMILIES, especially those with younger children. Looks like you had an amazing time and your family is beautiful ❤
We stayed for a total of 5 nights, the 6th day we just hung out in hotel premises. What I Liked is that you can accommodate transportation to and from the airport straight with the resort. You just have to call guest service so they can arrange for you depending on what time your flights are. You can continue to enjoy the hotel even on the day that you check out while you wait for your transportation time. We had our kids with us so we didn’t go in the pools but we had a few drinks and a really good brunch before we took off to the airport 😊 Hope this helps!
On the websites that we’ve been looking at to book our trip to Xcaret, there’s only an option for two children. How were you able to book with a third child? We have three kids and the youngest would be five years old by the time we go. Appreciate the help!
Hello! We had to call the hotel directly. Because our baby was under two she was able to stay technically for free but if your child is older you would most likely have to upgrade to a bigger room or get two rooms which doesn’t make sense to do when we have children. I would definitely call the resort to find out more info.
