@@LamarINHit’s ironically dangerous because it perpetuates the belief that America is the most dangerous country on the planet. That’s how we get people shooting and threatening delivery drivers or mail carriers for knocking on doors.
Honestly do it as a skit and at the part where it reveals you on the bed be dressed like Jabba from Starwars and use the lines from the family guy Starwars special
Do you really think people break into rooms during broad daylight? You'd be deep in dreamland if somebody were to break into your room. Better hope they don't cut you open and steal a lung!
"Finally, got this damn door open, that took WAY longer than it should have, what goodies y'all got?" _opens door to 7 buff, shirtless black guys_ "Heeeyyyyy.... ahhhh... fuck...."
My mom barricades the hotel room door with heavy furniture before we sleep. Not the best idea if there's a fire and you need to escape though, so there's risk either way.
Get a door stopper. They make it impossible to open the door. They’re made for this exact thing and it would be better in a fire if you need to get our quickly.
I saw the video of the person using the long lock pick on another channel. It was a female guest inside the room. She said she hadn't been in her room for long and she heard this faint scrambling around the door. She looked and saw the 'pick' but originally wasn't sure what it was for until she saw it trying to turn the lock.
I was at a hotel in Miami and I kid you not someone literally randomly came in and said “oh sorry guys my keycard works to all the doors” and they weren’t even staff of the hotel lmao
@@NevaehSettles-uw7mv Yes, most American comment ever, honestly 😂😂 Personally, I would prefer pepper spray. Guns scare me. I'm more liable to shoot myself or one of the hotel staff than an intruder because I'm a jumpy ass mothereffer.
I use to work at a kind of shady motel that didn't have security guards, just security cameras. My boss said it was just too expensive to get even 1 security guard to walk 24/7, let alone one on every floor, because we were a small hotel. We just couldn't afford it. So when I worked the night shift I had to walk the halls and watch the cameras as "security", even though it wasn't technically my job cause I was front desk. We did have an on call security guard though, which you could call from another building next door if an emergency happened, but it wasn't his job to walk the hotel because he had his own building to worry about. Eventually I quit because it was just too scetchy and too much work for what I was getting paid. Sadly, saving money is more important to businesses.
@@Eszra It really won’t since most smaller hotels have signs and things on the contract saying loss of property isn’t their problem so when you sign it you agree to stuff like that unless it’s a employee doing the stuff most hotels will be fine in court
trust me all of the trouble of what you're suggesting isn't worth it now if you're freaked out just use all three locks that are provided on every Hotel door they actually work pretty well
I stayed in a hotel a few months ago and seen the clothes hanger going towards the door handle I kicked the door and scared the idiot off all you gotta do is stand your ground
@@ame.6367well it’s true if someone is trying to bring harm to me or unalive me at least I will have a possibility of surviving with a weapon. As a woman it’s almost next to impossible to defend yourself with just your hands.
Owned an air bnb for 6 years and nobody has ever broke in. It’s downtown and in the middle of a busy street. There are cameras at the front too. In fact, most of the time it’s the guests that break the law. Sneak their pets in, sneak extra people in, or go against the rules and have a party where they drink and spill stuff that stain the floors.
This happened to me with my family before. Me and my family decided to stay at a BNB Hotel for the day, and we had chills around the Hotel because it looked pretty creepy. So, at 2:09 AM we were awakened by noises from the door and saw a long ass stick longer than my Ding dong reaching for the door handle. I woke up my dad and he got out his gun (Don’t worry he has a Gun License) and opened the door and when the guy saw my Dad had a gun he ran off and we moved the next day. Apparently we were gonna stay for 3-4 days but sense that happened we decided to get out
For some reason a lot Las Vegas hotels hotels don’t have that extra bolt on the doors anymore. I wouldn’t call myself extremely paranoid but without the bolt I don’t feel safe. I brought my police lock with me to one hotel in Vegas that didn’t have the extra bolt and some hotel staff member just randomly tries to open my door 30 mins after I check in. He must have been shocked to find that I had something stopping him from entering because he mumbled something so I ran to the door and he was already half way down the hall and yelled wrong room.
You use the discord notification sound towards the beginning of your videos so that people go and check their message leaving your video playing and by the time they see nothing came through for them, the video is largely over or at least the main part is now over so people let the video roll over and watch it again, resulting in double the watch time.
This is why I loved the doors with old locks, they are safer, first the doors are made out of steel and second the lock has to be roll as a screw driver to be able to be open, wood doors and this locks never give me all the safe I have here in Mexico
Luckily at the hotel I work at our doors tend to lock even the customers out! Aka, the battery to the lock dies and unless you have the master key you can't get in until the boss shows up 😅 Also hotels tend to have a deadbolt and or magnetic key card making it harder for people to come into your room. Only other people with access to your room would be the housekeepers as were given a key card that allows us into every room so we can grab towels and trash. If you still feel unsafe simply use your deadbolt if you have one, our keys can't unlock that only you can! Also if your room doesn't have a key card the chain works nicely or even a chair behind the door scares us into thinking a person is behind the door. 😊
Bro those videos with random discord notification sounds are anxiety endoucing, I put my discord on do not disturb mode months ago and THERE'S STILL SOUNDS OF IT IN EVERY SHORT I WATCH
When I was about 14 some guy was trying to pick the lock of my porch door. The door opened out so I slid the lock and opened it as hard as I possibly could into his face. The shock and blood running down his face was priceless as he scurried off.
When I went on a trip with my family to Nevada around a week ago, we left our Airbnb and when we got back the door was wide open. Luckily no one broke in and all our stuff was safe. Definitely scared me though
You went to Nevada, well as a person born and raised in Reno, The Biggest Little City In The World, I hope you had a wonderful time! 😊 not all of us here are bad people.

Gotta love how people would rather record than speak up and scare off the intruder, try to stop said intruder, call the front desk/ home owner, and or call the cops
