Its amazing to see your progression. When i started watching you back in 2019 you were clean cut and dressed business casual in most videos. Now you have braids and rock the scruffy look. Through your videos i was able to land a deal with a major company to provide units at a fixed rate. Unfortunately covid hit a month later and i lost the opportunity. This gentleman gives the absolute best advice on this subject on RU-vid and hes been solid with his information for years. Keep up the good work man!!

Excellent description and explanation. This is exacerbated when it comes to handyman/repairmen as those are even LESS frequent. Our solution was to just create a short term rental handyman company in our market. It's been widely successful. 😊

I just stayed at a Fairmont hotel and the tub had hairs, there was pink mould on the shower head and a washed blood stain on the duvet...

You don't really require extensive cleaning services when you aim to offer guests a luxurious experience. By "luxurious," I'm not referring to extravagantly expensive furnishings and decor. The ultimate luxury an Airbnb accommodation can provide is the sensation of being at home or feeling like you're staying with friends or family. When guests feel at home, they tend to take great care of the place, obviating the need for daily housekeeping. In fact, you probably wouldn't want that even if it were an option, as it could detract from the sense of being at home. Would you want a stranger to have access to your home and tidy up? I doubt it. Hotels typically offer daily housekeeping because they have to, since most hotel guests don't prioritize cleanliness since hotels don't evoke a sense of home. For most people, hotels are just a place to sleep, whereas a truly exceptional Airbnb experience surpasses that. In my case, I'm not striving to emulate hotels, as many hotels provide guests with a mediocre experience. Instead, I aim to exceed those standards and offer something way superior.
