Hotham Valley Railway, located in Dwellingup, Western Australia, runs a steam-hauled service, called Steam Ranger, over the cooler months of the year. This video shows one of the steam-hauled services from Isandra siding to Dwellingup, on the last day of steam operations at Hotham Valley for steam season 2023.
The day this video was filmed, there was light rain just before the steep climb up the grade, causing a lot of slipping of the steam loco, which can be heard on the video.
