I’m a train engineer and this comes in super handy when we are delayed. Eating hot fresh food is always a plus. I’m officially a hotlogicER 😂

My wife bought me one for Christmas last year, never used it until today, 10/14/2020... I is now a bonified HotLogic poster child! Had leftover Shepard's pie today, tomorrow I am cooking a 20lb turkey! I'm kidding, but I am going to explore this to the max! I drive a roll-off truck up here in the northeast and winter is coming! Getting tired of the same old burgers, sandwiches, and crap chicken from all the food marts! When I'm not working me and my wife eat nice home made meals and she and I are quite good at it, thanks to RU-vid University and Gordon Ramsey of course! I need real food and especially in todays times where Covid19 looms amongst us, not to mention all the videos here in RU-vid of some shithead messing with other peoples food! Try it folks, I'm hooked, and I only used it ONCE!

I have 1 for my car ( plugs into port) I drive 2 hour’s to the beach and meet my kid’s at a National shoreline beach ( so no grilling allowed) I have hotdogs in my hot logic cooked and my cooler and chairs and we are ready to hit the beach and picnic 😃I also have one I carry to work ( 2 nd shift and the cafeteria is sketchy 😬) I grill a ribeye with onion’s toss it in my hot logic and everyone is jealous when I open my supper 😂love these things!

I think it works best with food already cooked in wouldn't use this to cook food from scratch but to warm up food this thing is better than a microwave

Be careful and watch your breads when reheating. The bread can dry out completely and turn to dried out crunchy when left in too long.

The hot logic web site states: No! Raw rice, potatoes, pasta and carrots DO NOT cook well from raw in the HotLogic oven. These foods are starch and dense, and require high cooking temps above the HotLogic's constant 165 degrees Fahrenheit. No matter how long you cook these, they will not reach the correct temps. I just bought a hot logic, i'm going to give the raw noodles a try with sauce.

1:30 I do not believe pasta can be cooked right out of the box in a HotLogic. It must be precooked, or ready-frozen first.

Raw pasta and raw potatoes will NOT cook properly in the HotLogic - but it is INCREDIBLE with most anything else! There is a slight learning curve, but after you get used to cooking with it (mixing up the proteins and getting creative with marinades and sauces and vegetables from the freezer section - and frozen fruits for creative desserts), you might find yourself cooking everything in it.

It's not portable if you have to plug it in, I mean I was hoping for something battery operated. I mean sure it's easier to carry than standard size stuff, but if you have to plug it in and carry a cord around it's not really portable. I wish they'd mention that instead of saying portable.

It said it was portable yet it's not battery powered and you have to plug it in. Portable means to not have to use a plug and to just use batteries. Don't tell me I'm a mess.
