@@YpsiJoshmccullough I haven't done anything outside of testing the levels of the mic and guitar together which works great. The next thing I want to do is see what type effects there are for vocals and how well it works recording in a DAW
Nice review! I'm wondering if I could use it as a vocal/guitar pedalboard. Does it come with vocal harmonies by "reading" the guitar chords...? Can't find this info anywhere, even wrote directly to Hotone... Thank you!
This - for me anyway. I assume its mostly the same as the AS2 just a different form factor. These are a significant step up from the original Ampero (same engine as the One and Mini) - the newer ones have better amps, effects, paths...pretty much everything. No expression pedal though. I find the AS2 way easier to get useable sounds out of than the GX100 - you can get there in the end on the Boss unit, but its got that Boss Mid frequency thing going on. The thing about the GX which eventually made me sell it, was the output settings options - it never felt like there was a completely "uncorrected" setting - like there was always some kind of EQ compensation running - never sounded good running a preamp direct to a poweramp and real cab
