reckon. not going to get a fan base if you never update your products beyond a couple extra delays. this is the sort of features we have wanted on ampero 2 since launch.
Actually dumped Ampero Stomp II due to the lack of updates, no scenes (noticable lag when switching presets), not controllable buttons layout (like Valeton have for example) and a few other complains.
@@leffivanov3127 thinking about this as well. It is a good core product but why investing in new products while not maintaining their products is puzzling me
do you buy a guitar waiting for updates, or a JCM, or any other amp.. or effects pedals? No. So as long as this sounds good at the price point who cares about updates?. If it works it works. Most studios don't update the computer once something works... unless they are forced by other companies constant "updating" .. goes 2 ways.,
If you want to compete with Line 6, boss and other brands, you must prioritize updating your products, including ampero stomp 2. If they don't do this they will lose a large part of the market, are they here to be the best or just another one?

Is it possible to block scenes? i found this behavior, if you SET 3 different scenes, AND you assign individual blocks For switch 6 AND 7. If you push Button 1(scene1) AND you activate switch 6, and next you activate scene 2 and you came back to scene 1, the block assigned to switch 6 is still ON. I think that is a wrong way to implement. There is a way to lock the scenes? and if you actívate individual blocks and you switch again the same scene, you expect the same state that you select for this scene. PLEASE ADD BLOCK TO SCENES.
Dear Hotone Team, although I find the sounds of the "Ampero II Stage" partly quite successful, the design of the housing obviously did not take into account the hard stage use. The three small knobs under the display are so close to the foot switches that they can be damaged quickly. One wrong step (on a dark stage) and they are already defective. This should definitely be improved! In addition, it would be desirable that Hotone includes a stable power supply with the "Ampero II Stage", since the power supplies of the "Ampero MP 100" and "Ampero II Stomp" are largely unsuitable for professional stage use. With kind regards from Germany Mic
@@ZOMBIELANDakaUSA Certainly not! 🙂🙃 try to hit the buttons on a dark stage with slightly larger shoes without damaging the Ampero. This may cause major problems for some contemporaries. No, the story with the foot switches can be solved better and more elegantly. Best regards from Germany Mic 😉
@@ButeSound A good idea! However, I only tested the Ampero for a certain amount of time. I have come to the conclusion that these digital boxes are not (yet) for me and will stick with my tube amplifiers. Greetings from Germany Mic 🙂
I'm a long term Ampero MP-100 user and still own and play it beacuse I still like it (owning HD Pedalboard too and few single pedals). The Stage looks really interesting, modern and user friendly but, listening to these presets, I'm sorry to say the basic tones don't fall too far from my own. Maybe there are improved effects quality to it, longer fx chain, serial/parallel and stuff like that but I think I'll not drop my cash to improve the original one
when will this model be released? I just bought a Ampero 2 stomp and it's really hard to use this device live on stage... I am assuming that this particular product will be the model to get to use live on stage. All the presets sound the same to me.
esperaram eu comprar somp 2 pra lançar essa ! sacanagem ! agora tem taxa de importação, não vai rolar kkkkkkkk espero que não deixem a stomp 2 de lado por outros produtos, tem muito que atualizar ainda
it really sounds great.....however I hear hotone has droppped support of the stomp ii......so i think I will wait to see if they are going to support this new product before buying.
Oh well. I have been looking forward to hearing this unit in action and I am definitely disappointed for now. (and I am definitely already tired of hearing the acoustic simulator...) But, despite the mediocre amp sounds in these presets, I am still thinking of buying it (and just subscribed, just so you know that I really want to like this unit). But hi gain amps sounds rather fizzy and harsh at times (as if a single-coil equipped guitar was used in for most patches...) There are 3 things that I am concerned about at this point: 1)The unit does not seem to be capable of those "slightly breaking up" and "responsive to touch" style blues and blues rock sounds. "The Gentle Dumbell" patch PO 2-4 is really bad; so bad that it sounds like a hot- rodded Marshall emulation. Anyone hearing a good example of the sounds I am referring to? Looks like players looking for those sounds will still need an external pedal or preamp in the loop. 2)If the effects are good, the unit would still be of use since it is a practical and light-weight device. But I am not hearing any pitch-based effects? Amepro II stomp was notorious for its poor pitch-based effects. Any improvements on that? Whammy ? Polyphonic pitch shifting any one? Where are they? 3)How about synth-like sounds? Any examples?
It’s sounding really nice .. congrats to the engineer team . What about the touch screen…? Lot of processors r coming to the market with touch screen . It’s very scary to use . If something will fall on that , then ? That’s why I use lot of pedals & still I have BOSS ME70 .
We haven't got 1 case in 5 years of a broken screen due to a performance accident. If you are really concerned, maybe you should use a cover for it, or get a unit without any screen at all. Thanks!
*I am hearing extremes! Either HIGH GAIN or SUPER CLEAN, where is the middle ground with EDGE OF BREAK UP TONES??? Nearly all of these digital units severely lack when it come to them. this unit is amazing, however I cant weigh in a vote of YES until I hear the DGE OF BREAKUP TONES, without assumption!*
