I then had to scroll through the comments looking for a singular one with the name. COULDN'T YOU PUT IT IN THE DESC, DAMN IT! Or better yet, write it briefly in the ad?! Sorry I'm done venting.

That's because the vocalist sounds a lot like Casey Lee Williams, who sings almost all of the RWBY songs. Though RWBY songs and soundtracks are a lot better than Honkai's, the vocalist and music developer did an amazing job on this song. From what I can tell, they made it specifically for the game.
