Hi Justin. I've been watching your videos for a while now. I just want to say that you are truly a Blessing. My son is in State Prison. However, I share with him your life lessons and how you say to manage and measure your time in Prison. Thank you so much.
Another great video offering validation on how with Justin's guidance he can help bring you some calm and clarity to what could be an otherwise turbulent and frightening experience..
Justin, please when you interview someone give them a chance to talk- you do all the talking. There are a lot of clips on you and you have given amazing advices so when you have an interviewee, please allow them to talk. In this interview with Shad, he spoke mane 2 minutes and the rest was you! Thank you for all your contribution, you are amazing.
Shad, it's good to see that you are prepared and going in with a plan and purpose. Good luck with your weight loss and reading goals, I'm sure you'll come out a healthier and sharper man! Keep your head up and stay positive and soon it will all just be a memory!!
I sure will. He's doing okay so far. Thanks for helping so many people understand this long road doesn't have to be so negative. I'll keep it touch if that's okay.
Of course it is okay! Please send your email address to support@whitecollaradvice.com. We will add your email to our weekly ongoing list that has tips, strategies and tools to thrive through the system.
By "accepting responsibility" he means under federal guidelines he gets up to a 3 level reduction for "accepting responsibilty" meaning a sentence that can carry 70-87 months can be reduced to 30-37 months simply by accepting a plea and accepting responsibility..
Question, I have to surrender February 15th, 2022. It is now December 26th and I have still not received my letter from the USMS. How long before your report date do you usually receive that?
I would go to www.bop.gov. From there, go to inmate locator. Insert your first and last name and see if your registration number appears. If it does, you are likely designated. From there, simply call the US marshals office in your district, give them your registration number, and ask them if you have a designation. If problem, call us at 949-878-2127.
