Same as the first two I see, it’s a nice place from what I can tell on video. Question is who was the builder? Do they have a good reputation? If you know any home inspectors ask them about the builder and how many problems occurred during inspection or maybe no problems occurred at all. Regardless I’m sure you’ll do your homework Jerry. Are you building on your property?
Yes I’m building on my land 14 miles to the west of old house, builder is good. Still not sure if I’ll build the house from last month I looked at, but out of these 3 I line #2. All depends on cost. May end up with a small 2 bedroom that I have been looking at online
