Taxes are updated po. House was personally overseen by the owner to make sure the integrity of the structure is more than the standard strength. The owner is already old and widowed and prefers to stay in his newly built smaller house. Title is clean. Next year tapos na po ang Zambales tarlac road. It wil cut travel time by 2 hours from Cabangan to International Clark Airport. It will only take 45 minutes going to tarlac. 2 hours going to Manila. By that time, expect properties here to double even triple the price. At hindi lang yun, lahat po ng munisipyo dito may naka abang na na port.
