House BRAS - Lumion CGI animation 

Designed by DDM Architectuur and completed in 2018, House BRAS sits in the suburbs of Antwerp, Belgium.
Appearing as a featured project on Archdaily in late October 2019 we were inspired to re-create the project as a 3D model using 3DSMax and Lumion and produce some high quality #CGI #Renders and a #cinematic #animation
As a research project the work was carried out around or normal commercial work and so took around 3-4 weeks (on and off) to complete. Using Lumion as a #GPU render engine still images took around 20 mins to render 33 mega pixel image whilst the animation averaged 25seconds per frame at 1080p.
