Mikey had a bed in his nether house at the beginning so how did he not explode the bed when sleeping in it? He is in the nether! There is no way he can't explode the bed when sleeping in it!
They should have done this instead: Step 1 go to the latest version of minecraft step 2 place some ice in the nether step 3 go to survival and break the ice, finished!
