sir i have a question when it occur over load so how it cause fire due to ohms law length is increase so resistance increase current decrease but current increases how and how does it caue fire it is easy question

think about heater. when the current flowing through the wires for a long time or when huge amount of current is flowing through the wires, then the wires becomes hot, and there is a chance to cause fire. A device having greater resistance becomes more hoter than the device having low resistance. For example heater and fan, as heater has maximum resistance while fan has low resistance, so heater becomes more hoter than fan. hope you will understand.
