What "problem"??? You physically CANNOT guard 3,200 miles of property along a river, a large flat sandy desert and massive hills of arid plains. The problem in red america is clear though. We can't find workers anywhere. Everyone says it's young people who won't work, but they don't realize a large percentage of the economically productive young people have fled their towns to college cities and their surrounding suburbs for the past 30 years and people just aren't reproducing like they used to. The solution and the problem is one in the same - have the same immigration policies they had for when some of my fathers ancestors came in the 19th century around 1806 and 1840, or the 20th century on my mothers side around 1908 and 1930. You buy your ticket here and we will assimilate you into our economy! That simple!

Bussing to NY helps (yes Mrs Dingle, HELPS) the American people to see how extreme this issue is. And though there are a lot of women and children, it is mostly single men. We can see that by watching who gets off those buses. Thank you Maria for showing yet another Democrat who is not willing to admit that the problem is open borders. @@QDog736 Texas is providing transportation to people in need to better places (sanctuary cities) where they will receive all the things they need: food, shelter, welfare money, etc . It is the responsibility of the federal government to care for the asylum seekers. So Texas is doing a favor here for Washington DC and NYC as they are sanctuary places and took it upon themselves to care for all, undocumented people know exactly where they are going. Plus, they always wanted to see the Statue of Liberty.

Our family was homeless for over ten months. We just found a home last month. Its nauseating that someone comes here illegally receives "free" housing, food, medical care, education and freakin' smartphones- ugh! We dont need immigration reform- Trumps policies were working. (My husband came here legally, folks-- there is already a pathway to naturalization in place.)

My family saved and did with out so that I could attend junior college, My family did the same when our daughter went to junior college and then on to a State University. We don't want or need them. We are all ready full up with them! It used to be the migrant workers would come late summer and work through the fall, make a boat load of money! Then they would go back home to Mexico where the American dollars they earned would go much further as food and other items were far less expensive there! Now with free health care education and food stamps They don't go back home to Mexico anymore. They have one person purchase a single wide mobile home with 6 -8 families living in it. "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" is one of those liberal euphemisms that, when examined, simply means: amnesty for everyone who makes it to the border, give them ALL citizenship.
