Excelente propuesta de vivienda, a nuestro gusto con mi esposa algunas modificaciones, nada del otro mundo ya que el diseño esta muy bien, somos apasionados por las áreas verdes que nos parecen que son muy importantes y éste diseño las tiene. Somos fans de tu canal y por supuesto seguimos por más, Dios los bendiga.

Great plan. Only thing is swimming pool on top of hall good but why glass in between. It would seem little inappropriate to person sitting to hall watching other people.

Beautiful design with many details,perfect colors and comets baths for every bed room.. do you have to follow specific building codes? What level earth quake can this structure withstand? I am impressed that the glass or see through plastic forming the side of pool can withstand all that water pressure or weight . What would a project like this cost on a relatively flat property? Cost without land and cost with lot

Exelente diseño pero a mi gusto quitaria el area de arriba y pondria 2 recamaras mas y quitaria las escaleras que van al cuarto principal. Y en vez de tanta puerta solo serian ventanas

Concerned about water leaks with the pool. What happens if someone is skinny dipping - all the visual is there for everyone to see...lol - I would do a normal deck stairs instead of the sprial staircase as it might be less damage to the home on the outside if the spiral staircase looses anything. They are more maintance than a stardard outdoor deck/stairs. I would close the door from the top of the stairs as there doesn't look to be enough space and possibly take a tumble down the stairs.

Hi can I make a request? Can you make a scheme/floor plan and post it on your RU-vid? 4bedroom/3bathroom. I am a follower of yours. A house design for 200sqm rectangular lot. Can you please give me an idea with the house plan? A two storey house. I want an open concept living room, dining room and a kitchen with one bedroom on the ground floor, plus dirty kitchen, with pantry. A deep well (poso) at the right hand side of the backyard, laundry area at the back and a porch. Terrace in front of the main door, with just one car garage on the left hand side slight elevated and T&B. And on the first floor a balcony, masters bedroom with our own T&B, his and her sink, bathtub, standing shower,a nice small walk-in closet, our own coffee station inside our room, small fridge inside our room, small sitting area inside our room. A big balcony in front and access with the balcony inside our room as well. Plus two more rooms if possible on this floor and another separate T&B.With a small backyard/patio.
