Hello,. VU Meters does not move because probably the dj keeps the master and volume pots very low. On the contrary, I believe that his amplifier volume must be high. For this way he has lots of head space for lower recorded vinyls. I personally keep the volume pots on 8 ratio while mixing. VU meters starts to move when the master volume and volume pots are turned a little higher.

No, that's a Cue-Master Switch. Great thing about it is, that - in Master Mode - you can hear the post-Isolator sound :)

audio with Tascam DR-05. video with a GoPro and a Macbook on the Shelf, haha. then brought these 3 sources together in an random video editing program. …I think there are easier producing ways, but this is how I helped myself. (=
