[HOUSE FIRE] Cookridge & Keighely Fire Stations Responding: West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service

Shortly before 7pm on the 30th March 2024 Emergency Services were called to a House Fire in Rawdon with a very strong smell of gas, Appliances from Rawdon Keighley & Cookridge were quickly mobilised and a small fire was located and quickly extinguished.
Apologies for the poor filming with the first pump except I didn't expect it to come flying up as quickly as it did.

I’m confused why Keighley was on it, since there is many wholetime stations close by

To be honest I’m not too sure either, I have a feeling the Pump & WM may have been on a job close by because I heard them responding just as Rawdon past me, they also beat Cookridge to the scene and Cookridge is only a 5-10 minute drive from Rawdon on Blue Lights

@@RedLightTurnout There was other ongoing incidents at around the same time too, I believe there was a high rise AFA in Bradford and then there was a Water Rescue In Leeds City Centre which both get a fair amount of pumps (6 and 1 Aerial for the high rise) (2 Pumps & 3 Water Rescue Pumps for the Water Rescue)

@@RedLightTurnout yeah I have a feeling Otley might have been off the run for crewing problems, however don’t quote me on that one
