Welcome to House Flipper 2 on PC and in this gameplay video I'll be making my first custom build from scratch in sandbox mode as part of a challenge with @ChaoticJelly

After some discussion about what it could involve, we came up with a simple set of rules as follows:
It had to be a two story home
It had to be in Sandbox Mode
The home could be any size
The map had to be The Forest
We had to use curves in some capacity
The home could be any theme
I really enjoyed doing this simple little challenge and I think it really helped me get to grips with all of the controls a lot better, so I wanted to give a huge thanks to Chaotic Jelly for this and be sure to head on over to her channel and check out her build in this challenge too!
I'm super happy with how it turned out as it's rather futuristic and minimalist which I really like, it kind of reminds me of The Institute from Fallout 4!
