The Farm DLC, it's in the title of the video and you can use the architect tool to build on empty plots or to build extensions onto existing houses. ^_^

The building was a custom built one on an empty plot, it's part of the Farm DLC

Puede utilizar la herramienta de arquitecto en cualquier propiedad para agregar extensiones, excepto en un par. Esta casa fue construida en una parcela vacía del DLC FARM. ^_^

It does look a bit more muted than what I was expecting but I'm looking forward to trying it out! ^_^
