I never found this house creepy or haunted personally, but I enjoyed the fact that you did! One of my favorite parts of this series is seeing how differently you react to the properties from myself, nice to have some fresh perspective.

Everything about Beatrice is very French. The accent, the surname, and the word "artiste" too... Even though, if I'm not mistaken, it usually refers to people in the Performing arts - musicians, singers, actors... But maybe it just means "artistic soul"

Old houses have someting called a parlour which is where you would display the corpses of recently deceased family. Coincidentally the room is now referred to as the "living room"

the forced wood in the bathroom, especially not being able to underneath the shower, is a criminal offense 💀I guess the client just enjoys moldy floor damage (no shade to creator btw, like he mentioned I think we all wished we could use tile)

As soon as you said 'this is a big job' I was like yep, done this one and know the pain lol but was a break from all the apartments and modern style places prior to this one. How many hours did this one take you? I think I did it over 2 night time game sessions so probably spent 3+ hours on it.

@@brookec0330 Just keep scrubbing. Eventually it gives you the option to advance with pressing x even if it isn't 100%. Hopefully they're gonna fix it soon.

I don’t think you are anything to get whit the garden in the luxury dlc because you can buy them seperate and I bought also luxury dlc and i haven’t encounterd it yet.

Favourite glow-up is EASILY Léo's room, I feel like everything about those colours worked wonderfully. Maybe instead of anchors, there's ship wheels or model lighthouses, that'd have been cool in there. Great stuff

You won't be able to do gardens on any of the jobs, as that would assume that everyone has the garden flipper DLC so you can only do garden stuff when you buy the properties to flip afterwards.

@@Toogii that's not a bad idea tbf. I had the misfortune of completing all the luxury flipper jobs, then lost my save and had to redo them all again 😭. Just finished the last one for the 2nd time yesterday. Hopefully now I can get onto buying and flipping luxury properties 🤞😁

im with you Toogii i had found this house a bit creepy every time i was working i kept looking over my shoulder and when i went into the room with the paino i jumped because out of the corner of my eye i just saw something white imagine having to stay 3 nights in this house alone

Because this is a dlc and garden flipper is a dlc u won’t be able to use the garden stuff on luxury flipper. Only when u can buy the house yourself will you have the ability to use the garden tools

Stop doing all the furniture in black!! It looks very dull and funereal. Took much dark wood in any house is not cozy or livable! And it certainly shows a lack of imagination. Yikes!
