I've been to Hutschenhausen before. I was stationed at Ramstein AFB 94-97 and lived in a village called Hohenecken just south of Kaiserslautern (K Town). I loved living in Germany and if I could move back there I would.
Yes, Germany is a great place to be. I was stressed out transitioning to Los Angeles environment. Imagine sirens of firetrucks/ambulance, police cars, neighbors' dogs barking, and all other city life excitement. Life in the village is peaceful.
Wow! I have a question. Is Bad Pyrmond a good city to live? My wife got an offer as a nurse in a hospital there. Name is agaplesion. Not sure if you are familiar with it. Hopefully wefind a comfortavle house to l9ve there as well
Hi, I'm not familiar with that area. It's always good to get a house if you are staying long to get equity. Study the pro/con of buying a house in Germany. There can be lots of expenses when buying a house. I am very thankful to God for blessing us with smooth transition with buying and selling the house.
Looks pretty nice!! What I always wanted to know is, when u buy a house, are you also the owner of the Land (..like that you can flat the house and build up what ever you want..or sell the free space ect..!?) Know this Village from my Childhood, smal but beautiful, hope you enjoy it !! :)
I like it here. Great neighborhood! When buying a house, make sure the land goes with the house. Our house and land came with the deal. Other houses may not include the land in the sale. Land may be leased while you own the house. Yes, two ways houses gets sold. So buyers have to ask just to be sure.
Hello and thanks for this nice video. But I wish you mentioned a price for this building or similar one. It's my pleasure if you answer me ,of course for me is so important because I want to buy a house to north of Germany for next year . Thank bye
Wow thank you for posting po. I just want to know po what is your status here in Germany? Germans na po ba kayo maam? Kasi po sabi pg hindi pa PR hindi daw agad2x ma approve yung loan po. Kasi risky. Ang galing naman nakakuha po kayo ng full amount ng mortgage sa bank. Congratulations po.
Thank you. Depende siguro sa bank at % of house value ang loan. 80% loan namin. Get with the bank at alamin kung ano limitations bago tumingin ng bahay. Basta may job at visa(work?) siguro approve nila yan.
It depends of course, as in every other country in the world, from the location first, and how much square metres land are included. Also the price depends from the living space you will own, and from the built in technique and comfort. So for example, we own 870 square metres land, 30 kilometres from our capital Berlin, in the green area with much wood and many lakes. Good places for relaxing and growing up child's safe. We built our house in 2020. 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, big kitchen, working/guest room. Together 150 square metres. A built in garage for 2 cars - 54 square metres. Built in roof terrace on the garage with also 54 square metres and entry from the master bath room and from on of the child's bedroom. Ground heating system. Electric window shutters. All with smart home steering. Alarm system with directly call to security. Right now we are building up a little house in the back, 30 square metres, for bicycles, gardening tools and a sauna for my wife. Hope next summer we will be ready with the outside, flowers and green. All together about 700k€. Greets from Germany 😉
Ang pagbili depende sa available na bahay. Nong bagong dating kami 3 years ago gusto namin bumili agad pero walang good options. Last year itong bahay nagustohan namin so binili. Two years after dumating, nakabili bahay. Depende sa bank kung anong deal sa loan. Walang deposit kasi paid in full ng bank then loan namin sa bank yon. Loan interest depende sa amount ng loan at kung may nilagay na amount to pay % of capital. Ibenta namin pag-alis ng Germany sa 2024.
How can you own that, if you don’t have a permanent stay? Don’t get me wrong, but if you want to sell it in 2024 the bank wants security you have the rest money by day X 🤔 What bank is it? We tried our selfs with me working alone, but got denied because not long enough in the job. Perhaps you can give us some tips?
Hello, thank you for your concern. I guess the only thing I can think of why we got approved by bank is we put in 35% of buying price, so loan is only 65%. That can be a good security for the loan. Ask around banks near you. Selling is not an issue on money because buyer provides exact amount/loaned from bank. I hope you find your favorite house and all processes go smoothly. God bless you my friend.
