Hi KylasMommy, glad you liked it! The topic of lenders is a complex one and it is always changing! And its not the same for every buyer. I always try to match up a buyer with the right lender for their particular situation. That's one of the first things we do with new clients is set them up with financing. And MLS access. And help them to fine tune their strategy, before we even go out and look at a house!
