I like the second house at best! It doesn't have beach view but it is next to a river! Have relaxing jungle view, a pool and wayy under budget! Small but still have two bedrooms, perfect for 1 person! Guess it's because I'm an introvert 😂

They make it seem like that jungle place was really far away, pv is small and a slow ride in car youd be at the party place in 10mins or less. Plus there's people all around how would it be hard to meet people that was just silly. His new place probably doubled in price now pv is really expensive now from all the gentrification.
I agree. What kind of a friend tells the agent that the client has a bunch more money? Wtf? Even if he does, that's irrelevant. He set the budget for a reason.
I would have gone for the second house. More value for money plus it didn't need too many updates. One is eventually going to get tired of the constant noise of having too many people around a beachfront area.
Been living in PV for 3 years. Your friend Alan is literally the definition of an epic bougie perra. Literally all of these units are in the most expensive and heavily gay taxed areas of the city. You could have gotten WAY better bang for your buck if you looked in Versalles or fluvial.
