It took us 2 years to find the house we wanted because we were not in a panic to move, our real estate agent was sort of pressuring us to settle on something we didn't want. In the end we found exactly what we wanted plus more and have now been here for 22 years and our kids have grown up here.

The hoarse voice is because It’s probably too dry in your flat. Try using a humidifier to see if that helps.

For the night time cough. Do you have an ikea mattress? I had the same thing and I was sure it was the mattress? Once we changed it it went away. X

The warehouse house is my dream one :) I totally dig the bricks and open&light spaces. OK, the swimming pool I could live with, not my thing really ;) (joking, I would live in there if possible). Hope you found what you both want and feel good about it. It would be lovely to see the house/flat once you'll be totally moved in (or at least semi-moved in ... I know how it's like, still finding some boxes and things after a year of moving places :D ). Love your vlogs and your smile ;)

Hi, Amelia... That bridesmaids video was one of your best! So thoughtful! if you are really worried about hoarse voice and cough you can go to an ENT and have him scope you. It may be a type of GERD or silent reflux - laryngopharygneal reflux. It is fairly easy to treat. It could also be something as simple as post nasal drip, or needing dehumidifier.

Hey Amelia, I went through a week of that coughing at night and losing my voice. It was during my wedding week and I put it down to stress and being so tired. Air Conditioning made the coughing so so much worse!

I read that if you consistently cough at night it could be dust mites. Hopefully it's just because it's too dry though. That'd be much easier to remedy with a humidifier.

Don't know if you will see this but, I have had the voice thing too. It was bronchitis from sudden shift of cold air in the evenings. Mine was mostly when I was out but if I was visiting a home or in a restaurant it would happen too. Maybe there is a draft somewhere? (Doc said what I had was very mild) xx

Very rarely is the furniture included, high priced homes are usually staged (so they look nicer) in order to get them to sell faster and for a higher price.

Warehouse is v NY w dark window frames but in UK w such short Summers and so much rain ( not snow..) the novelty might wear off ..its very rustic soho pub not...home?? Not chic enough !

@@raebaddings1521 Well! I was not comparing 🙄 I lived in an l.c. style apartment , its an acquired taste after the first month...the color palette against grey skies froze my bones. And it needs to be steam cleaned more than youd imagine . Put it in a forest or above a spectacular green view with an open log fire, a perfect bolt hole. I think this couple have lovely personal style ,this has a wow factor but it just looks too dark

Even though you don't have children yet if you plan on having them you should take that in to account because I doubt you want to be moving again in a few years!

If your hoarse voice is happening in different locations abroad/parents house etc it isn't related to your flat. You could consider trial of omeprazole for 1 month (you can buy over the counter) to see if it helps for possible silent reflux/reflux laryngitis. If its ongoing it might be worth having nasoendoscopy to assess the larynx

Try honey mid day and night for your throat. If you can an organic or farm honey. It has lots of antioxidants and coat it for a smooth voice. .. they said in the news today HOT tea can actually lead to throat cancers ... do you drink HOT HOT tea? ❤️❤️❤️hope this helps
