House Hunting In Las Vegas 

Love house #1! I think it’s super smart of you guys to check out all the different areas that interest you and aren’t scared to take a leap of faith in possibly going to a new city/state! Super excited for you guys keep the house hunting videos coming! ❤😊

House number 1 was my fave, too! I grew up in Vegas, moved away for a decade (lived in Chicago and Southern California).. and my husband and I moved back to Vegas last year (he’s from Chicago - and it was actually his idea for us to move here, since the housing is way more affordable than CA 😂). We couldn’t be happier, and just bought a home in Skye Canyon! Lots of new construction out that way, and so beautiful! Century Communities has some really pretty homes! 😊

Vegas is cool but I can see it all over your face bro that you don’t want to be there! Don’t force it… if you don’t love it! I see you guys in Florida or Texas … that house number 1 was nice tho :) Goodluck guys !

I get leaving Cali. But you said you were moving ON. This is moving BACK. I wouldn’t want to go back to Vegas. I’m not one bit excited about it. But clearly Talia, misses her family. And you can always travel. 🤷🏻‍♀️ That being said….I LOVED ❤️ house #1! Did it have a garage? Because your garage content is some of my favorite 😊

Open concept homes are the best! My partner and I just purchased our first home and we have that “kitchen, dining table, living room” area Roger mentioned. House #1 and #2 are my favorite ❤️

House # 1 for sure! - what's not to love. Agree with lots of bathrooms! Destination - Las Vegas is just your guys spot. When you guys were in Newport you guys always talked about Vegas here & there. & maybe I'm wrong, but I feel like you guys almost tried talking your self out of Vegas just because you guys want to try new areas. Which is amazing I would want that to, but Vegas seems like that's just where home hits for you both. & I know you guys want kiddos in the future; I bet having that family support near will be greatly appreciated when you those kiddos come along! I bet you guys will be so grateful you guys picked Vegas when they start arriving. - at least for the beginning of the journey!

The amount these two will save in state income tax alone each year just for making this move makes it worthwhile. Not to mention the difference in price per square foot and property taxes.

My fiance and I moved to Texas from Cali alone. And I will say moving away from family is hard (can be totally worth it but hard). Finding a place that has everything is tough, so think about what you value most! ❤

The trend now is moving from California to Nevada, Arizona, and Texas. I'm sure Talia and Scott did the numbers and realized that the great weather and beaches were not worth the cost of living in California. Unless clearing 150-200K after taxes in Cali, it is near impossible to get ahead.

I love both houses! Definitely my favorite was house #1. I live in Victorville and after awhile you get used to it and adjust especially having something that’s yours and having your own space and able to watch your family grow. It’s amazing! Good luck to you both!!! ❤️🙏🏽😉✌🏽

House #1 ❤ It's such a smart move to look into all of your options. We as humans can easily fall into settling at times just because we are comfortable with something. Come to TULSA 🤪 we moved last year and purchased our first home while the market was hot. It's worth looking into this city. Definitely growing but you still get the small town vibe imo. Some houses are beautiful of course, with land, they were reasonable priced and property taxes are not bad compared to Texas. Good luck on your journey!!! House hunting is always exciting 🏠

I feel like house #1 is THE ONE. There were a lot of signs, the "Let's Cruise" sign with the bike was a huge one, you guys used to go on your bike rides in New Port. Just saying.

I love the first house the most. My husband and I have been house hunting all this month. It's a crazy market, for sure. I hope you find something you love, and where you want to be. We were after land too. Not easy to find without a big tag lol. Best of luck Scott Fam!!

House número uno was the best..especially considering the availability of getting the price lowered....buttttt I won't lie I loved the Nashville vibes too!! I totally thought you would give that a try..they have the music scene, food scene property value etc. I bought my house in AZ and loads of people are moving into the more of the Southwest regions so it's getting competitive as well. All in all I pray you guys find your prefect place and if it's meant to be it's meant to be!! Love you guys and God Bless!!

We loved the Pulte homes! Only thing that steered us away was the ridiculous price of the lots 😅 We ended up going with Beazer and are very happy- but I still think the Pulte homes are beautiful ❤️

Houses are made to perfection. Large kitchen, big closets, more bathrooms, and extra living room space. Your house search was amazing.

All the houses are beautiful!! House number one (1) definitely it’s a gorgeous house and all the space it’s incredible!! But honestly if you ever consider move again you should try in Texas! It’s a beautiful state, not expensive and beautiful town’s and neighborhoods and the house here are so big and beautiful!

House number 1 is my favorite. And the prices there… holy cow! I’m in NY and you wouldn’t find a small 2 bedroom for that price. I just love bigger back yards, pools, grass and greenery. I did love Vegas when I went though but not to live. Best of luck whatever you choose. Being close to family is the best. That’s why I could never leave NY! You two are the cutest! Love you both!!! ❤️

Colorado is amazing!!!! I'm a wyoming gal ( you wanna talk about WIND LOL ) but we go to Colorado almost every week, I am an hour and a half away from Denver but don't have the crazy businesses and taxes but still enjoy everything Colorado has to offer, including the BEAUTIFUL ROCKY MOUNTAINS! 😍 Good luck on your new journey and may God bless you and be with you all during this time. 🙏 🙌

The houses are beautiful! Not sure if you guys are in the market to buy, but keep in mind that the price given (speaking for pulte homes) is for the most basic model. These homes have a TON of upgrades. Probably equaling to another $200k give or take. But they are gorgeous! Can’t wait to see what you guys choose! 🎉

Those are all upgrades. Make sure you ask Pulte what is standard & what is upgrades in the model homes.

I am from New Zealand and I am mind blown that house number 1 was that price. So NZD that would be about $850,000 but to buy a house like that here would be close to 2mil 😭. I hate the wind but i could cry about it in any one of those bathrooms 😍

We live here too and Pulte makes some awesome homes - Calico (house 1) would be my vote; look at Lennar as well - what you see in the model, is what you get in the home, so where their options are limited, the finishes are already really nice and appliances are nicer as well, compared to other builders where those options are an add cost

Definitely House #1. And work those incentives! Interest rates go up.... prices come down and it's to the buyer's overall advantage. Good luck!

I find it very sweet to literally be able to experience you two together, to see real life examples of sacrifices in marriage- Roger would prefer to be out of Vegas while Talia is seen rooting more to stay in Vegas most likely due to family/ friends ( understandable, I’d be the same way😂) but both consider all options and Roger giving positive feedback and support to Vegas vs trying to call out all the bad.
