I hate ulf so much especially when he started talking crazy to my queen. Seeing Aemond get teary eyed when speaking to Helaena made my day because anytime that man is suffering, I'm happy as hell.
God yes it's kinda silly too that Rhaenyra wouldn't notice that he is a loose cannon. Should have chopped his head right there; they got Vermithor anyways
I really liked this episode because it gave story build up of each characters that sometimes are not given and left to the audience to figure out. I liked how Jaese was right having concerns especially about him being questioned for throne due to the dragon seeds claiming dragons; but was really happy with the scene with Baela building his motivation to stand by his mother. But will say again, Jaese is NOT wrong with his doubts.... I love Daemon's journey to understand his purpose and knew that he would remain loyal to Rhaenera... power couple! Daemon's visions allowed him to the rise and fall of the Taragaryns and seeing Danaerys showed him how Rhaenera's line will continue. (In my eyes my Khalessi is sitting on the throne with Jon by her side and NOT what DD have us think their ending was...lol) I definitely enjoyed and felt the emotions from Allen to Corlys(which Rheanys warned him about and tried to encouraged him to not hide his sons)- hopefully, Allen will change his mind and become the heir of Driftmar. Loved how Haelena clocked Aemond abt what he's done, but wish she didn't warn him abt his "endgame". Alicent knew she a major player to the war and now I can't wait to see how Rhaenera will treat her once she realized that Aegon is gone and Alicent's promise is f- up. Although I don't like Otto, it will be interesting to see him again especially being captured by The Beasleys (that was the guy who Crispen unalived when he was against Aegon usurping the throne) and we get to meet Daeron and his Blue dragon.. I have read the books and I'm not prepared for next season because it's going to be brutal, bloody, sad and with alot of your typical GoT chaos- which is a ladder😜 Anyway, thank you for an amazing reaction and sharing this, can't wait for your reactions to come back for season 3. Also, I highly suggest you watch the new series The seven kingdoms, it gives some background info/ history of characters from the OG GoT.
Alicent honestly made my blood boil when she was perfectly ok with her sons dying because it was her who forced them into this war to begin with, especially with Aegon. She brainwashed them to think that Rhaenyra will kill them once she gets into power and yet here she is sacrificing not only Aegon, but also Aemond and Daeron(another one of her kids who isn’t rotten), her brother Gwayne, and possibly make Helaena and her daughter hostages for team black. There’s no way Rhaenyra can just let Helaena go since she’s still seen as an usurper’s wife to the public and the Queen. And the sad part of it all, is that out of all her four children, it’s Aegon who loves her the most since he allowed her to have a place on his council beforehand and even when he was in pain, the first person he wanted was his mother. He’s a horrible person, but he’s always been a momma’s boy and has wanted Alicent’s love and validation from the start. And the fact that his own mother would sell him off when she forced him to be King in the first place sickens me. Mother of the year right here.
I think Larys locked up Otto so he could have control of Aegon and to isolate Alicient. Also I think they were wrestling in mud and quite literally SHIT! 😂😂
Ayeeeeeeeeeee! Me too. Me too. Instant goosebumps when I saw Dany and her 3 dragons. Ugh and they had the same exact sound and music from the season one finale from GOT. Also in that vision you see Jon Snow. It was fast but he was there. Love ya!! ❤
Seeing Dany is bitter sweet. She deserved a better ending. Hell everyone did. She struggled and fought and came from nothing and built herself up. They used her and threw her away like trash. It's too depressing. Unless the writers plan on fixing her story. Doubtful. But love that daemon got to see her and her babies. Love the scene with him and Rhaenyra. When she's getting teary eyed saying "you sound like my father." Then him joking about leaving too cute. 😂
I do wish we got a battle this episode and rhaena claim her dragon instead of just looking at it and they could've left out the stupid mud fight but I loved daemons final vision and helaena spitting bars at aemond, also loved the scene between Alyn and coryls 😢. Also they should've introduced daeron this season
Hey Tomaj great reaction as always, I really like this episode even though I was expecting a fight and I didn’t get one. I like Vhagar but I’m ready for Granny to rest, permanently. Aemond Aegon Otto and Alecent can all die. I don’t feel sorry for none of them. Im glad Helenea told Aemond hot his face that his dumb ass will die, now he’ll carry that around with him wondering when will be the day. I don’t trust or like Ulf. His getto ass needs to learn some manners, even Hugh know how to act and he’s never been around royalty. I’m glad Rheana finally found her damn 🐉, some people say he ugly but I think he’s beautiful just a lil malnourished, I bet his ass will fatten up once he gets to Dragonstone. So I’m wondering how many wives did Tylan Lanisistar fuk and how many bastards was running around KL from them🤔. Honestly I don’t blame Allyn for telling Corlys off, bcuz now he wants to play Daddy bcuz all his heirs and pickmes is gone. Next season should be good and sad bcuz we’re gonna get the full dance. I don’t know if we’re ready for that 😢, anyway Bruh have a good one.
The Starks told Jayce that they couldn't head South until they had their food supplies stored up and preparations made or else Winterfell's people would not survive while the men were gone. And as Cregan said once he did get to Kings Landing, the fighting might have ended but the war wasn't over yet.
@@-jess--here-- This doesn't change the fact that they arrived late, did almost nothing and tried to boss everyone around afterwards. It's a familiar situation, isn't it? 😏
Ulf is really showing his butt. I hope he doesn't betray the blacks, to get standing with the greens. And I think the "wooden" throne is a wheelchair for Agon. This finale was anticlimactic for me.. especially considering the amount of wait time for season 3.
I have a feeling that Hugh actually will be the problem. For some reason I think him having the biggest dragon ( the blacks) and his mother being Viseryis & Daemon sister is a big deal. Think his Targaryen blood will be affected by all the power he now has. I think Ulf is a red herring … diversion for who the real loose cannon is
This episode was a little underwhelming considering how Season 1 ended. I think episode 7 was a better "season finale" than this. Nevertheless love your reaction
It was a good episode not a good season finale though. I liked the vision sequence and daemon and rhaenyra’s reunion I do believe they should’ve had a private conversation but this season ended for daemon the same way last season did with him bending the knee. I hate how Alicent and rhaenyra met up again bc not only did nothing happen I need people to let this “friendship” go it’s too late for any of that we’re literally in the middle of a war
Ulf is like that second cousin you see once a year at the reunion who always doin too much. The face on the tree that Daemon touches is George RR Martin’s. Watch out for spoilers in your comments. I already see a couple here.
No, because I know what is coming. This is building towards it and I loved this episode because of all the foreshadowing. Not every finale needs to have combat or conflict.
