I like how the showed us that as long as the blacks and greens fight,its not even war war yet the ordinary people are suffering like losing their sheep or livestock, starving,being sick and having no means to help themselves because they are not being paid, the rat catchers hunged and the noble twins dying for stupid family that just cant get along...just sad..

Worst Mother Award goes to Alicent. This episode depicts so well each of her interactions with all three of her children and not once does she show any effort to actually console any of them. Lack of emotional response when speaking to Helaena about the funeral (only cared to ask about seeing her and Criston together) Aemond seeks comfort in a prostitute and confesses his regret over Lucerys death (he cannot confide in his mother), and she walks out on Aegon when he is alone and grieving (clearly needed his mother) just to go and get some from Crispy Cole. Smdh

Not since Jack Gleeson have you ever respected an actor for making you despise a character with a passion... sadly the dumb mentally ill viewers are gearing up to ruin another actor's career b/c they hate the FICTIONAL character the actor portrays. In the small council meeting, you can see Aegon slowly realize that no one besides him really cares about the fact that Jahaerys is dead. This man is a grieving father whose son was viscously murdered down the hall from him and now has to listen to his subordinates try and capitalize on the loss of his child.

This is a great episode. Very intense and emotional Aemond upset declared war. As Alicent grieves over the loss of her grandson. As Otto want to use the death of Jaehaery as a political tool to gain sympathy so the people of Kings Landing will be in their favor. Casting blame on Rhaenyra. But Aegon had Blood, Cheese, and the other Ratcatchers killed, which resulted in deaths of many innocence that the Green could lose trust and faith in the residents of Kings Landing. I feel bad for Helaena that her son is being used as a political tool to spread propaganda that Rhaenyra is evil. Criston Cole got some nerve blaming Arryk for the death of Jaehaery where it was his fault for abandoning his duty to have sex with Alicent and leaving Helaena and kids unguarded and unprotected and sent Arryk on a mission which was pretty much a death sentence. Because of Daemon actions. Rhaenyra claim to the throne is diminish. I feel bad for both Arryk and Erryk, where both had to fight each other because of their duties on both serving the Nobles. I'm usually not a fan of Otto but can feel his anger and frustration a little bit. I wasn't surprised Aegon removed Otto from being his hand. But to give the position to Criston Cole was shocking. But the look on Otto face was hilarious. I'm looking forward to Daeron. But anyway I hope you two have a wonderful day. Stay safe, take care and stay amazing.

I dont think Daemon ever wanted to be king. He was just reckless but still wanted his brothers approval. Now that Viserys is gone, he's just doing whatever

You have to think logically when it comes to politics. Otto is horrible but he's smart when it comes to being the hand. His idea for the child would have won the people over if the king didn't hang all the rat catchers. Rhaenyra asked for Aemond with no further instructions. Of course Daemon would do something crazy without any direction. She's been with him this long she should have known that. You say he's stupid but if she would have listened to him she would have been back on the Throne by now. 🤷‍♀️
