What about the nestle lawsuits that killed babies? What about the Roundup lawsuit? The ciggarette lawsuits? All lies and fake and just away to take out competition for other businesses? Gross. You can tell that lawyer is lying and doing her best to defend her clients. She is doing her job in one manner but when it comes to HER children I'd love to hear her say SHE would use those products on her own children. THAT is what this is about.

Corporations have fairly unlimited funds & have been known to drag out the process for years for individuals harmed. 3rd Party funded litigation became necessary. Mass tortes became necessary when a company's legal department refused to address individuals harmed fairly.

Most corporations do not have fairly unlimited funds for court costs. Only a handful do. But that handful gets a large amount of the public's awareness. Remember, most corporations are LLCs.

"You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney one will be provided to you." This statement is well-known to many, whether they've heard it themselves or only on TV. The right for criminal defendants to have the assistance of an attorney comes from the Sixth Amendment. The constitution should work for EVERYONE, stop trying to pick and choose, those days are OVER!

Not everyone's names are their ACTUAL names. So keep that in mind. When the cigarette lawsuits were going on, why do you think people ended up murdered? Look at record labels.
