House Price Guesser w/ Kara 

You should totally do this for major cities across the country. Make this a regular series where you pick a small geographic region or part of a state.

Southern California be like: "Here's a lovely 1 bedroom, 0 bath tent next to the railroad tracks. $550,000"

I feel like it might be more fun to have another person pick all the listings and play as a host while you both guess the prices and the closest guess wins a point each round. You could easily invite more friends to play with that setup and take turns with who hosts and that would streamline the whole video without the back and forth view switching or chances that you each might have seen or chosen the same listings. It could also make it more interesting because the host could choose any theme or location they want for the listings, and the players would be equally harmed by any surprise or tricky listings.

Looked up the house on Von Leidner. It's not in California at all. It's a fraudulent listing. Streetview confirmed it as being in Las Vegas. So good eye on Jard's part on noticing the vegas style drainage.

All I can imagine is them going to a picture and Jordan going “There’s my old house!!!”

I hope they do more videos of this its a fun concept hearing talk about and explain the reasoning behind the amount they guess.

Love this! You should do one for Colorado houses. Those LA/Palm Springs houses cost like 10x what they would cost in the Denver Metro, but probably about the same as they would cost in the Colorado ski towns.

I would love to see your guesses to more rural like properties in East TN!!! I’m in Eastern TN and the high end properties around here top out around 1.5-2 mil RARELY. Not to mention the completely difference in the style of building/design.

They should play Geoguessr together. It would be really fun to hear them reasoning each guess out. You can also get maps that are just certain regions (like SoCal)

Wow LA is crazy expensive. A house like the first one where I live might be 200K on a good day. If we're going off price per square foot, my house would be $12 million based on the first one lol

This is a very interesting and fun idea! Excited for more! If you two ever want to branch out to other countries, a house guesser Seoul SK version would be fun to watch. Tokyo and Sydney would be fun, too! Another cool idea would be to pick one city from every state and do houses there.

Being Australian is quite hard for the guesses as I don't know anything bout amercian land value or like different areas average prices

Here is how it should be calculated Absolute [(the value guessed - the real value) multiplied by 100] for each one Then (The sum of percentages)divided by(their number) Bonuses:- if exact number then maybe the score for that one guess will be (-50%) which reduces from the other bad scores And if it's far off it's gonna be (100%) for that guess

That first house is the end for me. 1,200 square feet for 2.5 million is ridiculous. I can get 2,000 square feet on a bigger lot for 200k. A house and lot that size would possibly dip down into five figures.
