Should have used the wall Primer before the paint, Superpaint or Emerald Ultra White and added the mildew protection packet when they mix your 5 gallon buckets. Puerto Rico is humid and hot so it has to be durable. Manati Sherman Williams is the best next to National, who did the AC units and are you happy with them?
It had a white paint with primer under already, that was done way before I started filming. The AC is company from CR called EAS Air Conditioning. They did my sisters house too. For now Im happy with them , the only thing was that broken breaker cover, but they came right away and fixed it the next day.

I think cause I got the cheapest paint from them, that's what I get for being cheap. And the walls were already painted white so it shouldn't have been a problem.

House is looking good Ana! In our house renovation in Cayey, we chose to put a coat of Killz on the interior and exterior walls to avoid the bleed through of the previous color underneath. It definitely helped. Sergio's rooftop looks great! Will take your product suggestions for ours when we get to that part of the project. Will be watching next week :)
El piso no se va a cambiar, hay cosas vintage/antiguas que se pueden quedar y eso es una de ellas. Allllmenoooooos, que que alguien nos regale el dinero para hacerlo. Acuérdate que esta casita no es para nosotros vivir full-time. Ademas, el señor que nos hizo el piso dice que ese piso es histórico. El piso es de los 40-50's. Esos no se rompen, son mas prácticos que lindos, pones unos nuevos bonitos y se rompen de nada.

I’m not sure what light you’re talking about , cause in this video he only put the ceiling fan. As to where we buy things I’m the one that buys everything. So I can answer that but not sure which one you speaking of.

Well we barely have neighbors just the house in the front and we don’t know them yet. We also not sure if it will be an Airbnb, we are more focused on being our second home.
Well he didn’t charge me for the job cause he is working on a per day basis. But when he did it for my father’s house we paid him for the job and it was with materials that I bought and it all came out to like 1,500

The best paint for PR is Harris. “Los Colores de Mi Tierra”. They really have mastered their paint for the islands conditions and construction. Im a contractor, and i used all their product, paint, floor paint, metal paint (water based). SW maybe good in the states but not PR. Great Job!
