@@MAT-244 Well I live in Florida and feel the same as you here. The thing I love about California in the area i visit (Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach, San Diego) is the incredible weather, beaches, no disgusting bugs everywhere when you walk, the horrible humidity here, the asshole crazy people here (although that can be anywhere). It is super expensive in California though and unless I win the lottery or hit it big in the stock market (which I'm a constant loser in) then I'm stuck here in shitsville 😆💩

Real estate in the Florida Keys is a hot market,,, so I am sure soon and then work on process for return to Hua Hin...
