Hey amayi just wanted to give you some insight on the fitness journey. I'm a mom of 5 and nurse and life stays busy for me . I use to have a gym membership but never had time to go so I decided to put workout equipment in my garage and that changed the game . I've been 2 years strong and it helps so much mentally as well as physically. At some point when you're able to investing in some gym equipment and a good workout program would be a game changer ! That way you can ease in there at some point rather then having to get in the car go etc . Makes it alot easier! Also there's a love language kids book and a quiz you can pull up online for your kids it's super neat helps us as parents figure out what each kid needs individually, you can print the quiz off and have each kid take it I think you would like it !

Such a great chat at the end of the video. I can totally relate to you when you said that you and your eldest daughter are so close in age that you feel like her sister at times. My husband and I had our first daughter when I was 15 years old and our son when I was 19 years old. I am now weeks away from turning 43 and our eldest daughter is going to be 28 and son going to be 24 ...all this month lol! They both still live at home with us. It's hard sometimes to set those boundaries because of the closeness in age. Awesome video... love the Christmas decorations!! ❤️❤️❤️

Hearing you speak during journal time is crazy cause I relate in A LOT of ways. Almost everything you said, I was saying "me tooooo"! Especially when it came to what you like about yourself, giving your teenager a courtesy knock (I had her at 26 and my oldest at 17... I have 4 all together) and letting your younger daughter pick her own clothes now. I literally feel you on all of it and have currently been making the same assessment. I'm a thug 🤣 but I am very affectionate and I think it's because I didn't see it or get it growing up (my parents are super thugs 🤣). Whatever the reason is that you're not an affectionate person, you'll figure it out. You could actually get a couple of chill therapy sessions to uncover what that's about if you reaalllly want to fix that and can't figure it out on your own. Good episode Amayi.

To answer your question sis, I am doing great thanks for asking. Here happy it's the night before my day off and that I can relax while I watched this almost 1 hr vlog!!! What a treat!!! Thanks sis!!! 🤗Here for your Christmas spirit and LOVE how the Christmas decor is coming along! The "Elf Room" is my favorite so far!!! 😍❤. Really enjoyed the Self Love Session at the end. I have listed 5 of the things I love and dislike about myself below. Pros: God-fearing Humble Supportive Hard-working I stay in my own lane Cons: I am my worst critic Moody Tend to be petty/ somewhat match negative energy Procrastinator when it comes to accomplishing certain tasks Love to eat late at nights (like what I did while watching this vlog😭)

Well, I’m just gonna put all my journal comments on here. Hopefully it’s in the right place. Lol. so things I like about me. I am kind I am big Harden. I’m determined I’m funny I’m creative. , things I would like to change about me or I don’t like about myself sometimes I’m a procrastinator I’m shy sometimes and don’t always speak. My mind , could be better at saving money financially., to slow down and take my time sometimes, and patients work on my patience. I think this is a great idea and just to get it out and say it out loud and to get other peoples thoughts and your thoughts on this I like that.❤

I think with the weight loss is not excuses it’s real life and sometimes we make plans before we figure out if we have the energy to do these things yes we can push forward but we need to stop putting pressure on our selves I think it’s best to be like I’m go to the the gym twice this week or three times this week that’s more realistic to me. You should get an accountability partner that likes to work out they will push you to get up and go to gym
