Being only on a 280 sqm lot size, all the finishings are great, well thought off design and function, and overall liveability, the only downside is the price....for 78 Million I would have bought a house inside one of Ayala Land's premier projects already.

I used to live in this neighborhood until I settled down and moved out (this is Canton Street, BF Northwest, closer to the dead end). The craziest thing about this house is that the adjacent lot you see at 0:59 and 18:10 comes with the house where you can fit maybe 10 more cars. *edit ... so it's not 280sqm... it's two lots, 560sqm total where the other lot is a mere temporary parking space until the future owner decides to expand the swimming pool or do something crazy. The whole place screams POGO/casino junket operator occupant. No one in BF Northwest can probably afford this place unless they gave their own homes as collateral.

If i have a 78million i'd rsther2 buy a lot at patayuan ng bahay. Masusunod na yong gusto kong design, hindi pa aabutin ng 78 million ang halaga. House is beautiful but too expensive. I've seen a lot of housetours in different exclusive subdivisions na mas malalaki ang lot and house area or same size area and house design but not as expensive as this one.

Dapat ung architect neto gumamit ng colored glass panels. Taspo non reflective. Para during the day eh kahit hindi sarado curtains mo eh almost na hindi makikita ang tao sa loob. Then mas nakakaganda ng facade ang colored glazing. And I think baliktan po ang window glazing nnyo. Nasa loob ang color nya. Dapat kasi if nasa loob ka ng bahay ay clear ang view mo sa labas kng my araw pa or maliwanag pa. Then if nasa labas ka nman ng bahay ay dapat dark ung salamit ng windows.

I thought it was 7 bedrooms. But what was shown was only 4 bedrooms. Not including the entertainment room on the 3rd floor and office room on the ground floor. So where are the 3 bedrooms that was stated in your description, to make it a total of 7 bedrooms.

Same. Yung Den hindi pwede maging bedroom, nandun yung powder room. Gusto mo ba lahat ng bisita niyo dun ang takbo pag need mag cr incase room yun? Yung entertainment room sa taas, hindi rin pwede, kawawa yung gagamit nun pag mag cr siya sa hating gabi. Alangan namang katukin niya yung naghihilik sa kalagitnaan ng gabi. Alangan din namang bumaba pa siya sa first floor para mag cr malaglag pa hagdan kasi bagong gising. So 4 bedroom lang talaga. Yung staff room hindi siya madalas sinasama sa bilang. Hehe peace yow. ✌️

Sorry to agree with other comments that this property is overpriced, i would say way over priced! Every room is just a box with windows. Parang walang architectural style. Puro boxy room with windows, and I'm getting tired of those wood slats, it's just in every house I see now. Cut and paste na rin yata ang mga architects ngayon. Ok, high ceilings with nice lighting. But LED lighting is so cheap now. Ang expensive lang tingnan dito is Miss Aplpe Grace.🙂

Overpriced. Maganda sana mga fixtures and materials kaso ang liit ng show kitchen tapos wala pang dirty kitchen. And 3 junior master room pero parang typical rooms lang with a bit wider space. 70+M for a small lot?plus the location is so-so maiintindihan ko if qc to. Negotiable sya pero overpriced padin kahit magbawas ng onti yung price. Ang nagdala lang dito yung swimming pool which di din namn ganon kalaki. Maraming nafeature dito sa channel na to na mas worth sa price but not this one.

Small and pricey. Designed outdated. It is not a pool. Way too small better if they convert it to fish pond. Man kitchen is way too small... Rooms are low ceiling. Technology ur talking about are very common and normal. Very disappointing.
