That is also what I noticed not only this channel but most of RU-vid Property Videos. ONLY PRESELLO stand out from the rest that is very consistent from start to finish. Kasi dapat naman before featuring the property na ikot na sa loob at alam na ang bawat corners ng bahay para pag nag start na ang video hindi magulo at nag mamadali may idea na ang Host sa mga sasabihin nya hindi nag mamadali regardless kung 5 properties pa yan in 1 day to shoot pag Well prepared and oriented kana sa buong bahay before you start hindi ka mahihirapan mag gather ng thoughts at sasabihin mo. Much better pa mag tagalog nalang dahil most of the buyers are Filipinos. Kesa MAPAPAISIP ang viewers sa INGLES at manpapa sabi na ANO DAW YUN? CONFUSING EH. Yan ang Advantage ng PRESELLO TEAM when it comes to their house tours well oriented sila sa property before they start their video. Especially us OFWS who have no access to see the property personally. We rely on Videos online to see the property kahit sulok pa yan dapat ipakita. Just my 2 cents.

@@onejuan1835 totoo yan, but take note as well Julia is an Architect she is telling the house story which is difficult, iba ung format ni sir d2, so to give more idea on buyer they must tell the feeling and mod ng space, parang your selling a bread that you dont know how it taste, wag mahiya sa tagalog mga forenger nga nag tatagalog eh, just make it naturally, your selling house they are not bought in bulk, highlight the benefits of the space

For that amount of people living there the living room and kitchen are not sufficent. It d be better to cut off that first bedroom and the pool in order to create a big open space with a decent kitchen, a living room and a dining space. Also the design choice is quite questionable.

Sorry to say but the design is poor, hideous to say the least. It doesn't feel like a house, it felt like an upgraded warehouse. For ₱65M price tag, the place should at least feel comfy. Good luck selling that
