Ganda ng house parang Australian style. Pero kung ak siguro, irereplace ko ung dirty kitchen into laundry area at butler's panrty. Then ung laundry area gagawin kong storage ng mga tools, anik anik or whatever since malapit lang ito s carport at tago. But overall, ganda sya at parang napala airy.

I agree. Also, typical Filipino houses always include a dirty kitchen which is just eating up more space. I can cook my dried fish in the back yard :). I had a pool from my previous house and hated it kasi display lang siya at magastos sa kuryente and maintenance cost. I would rather have that as a garden, my preference only.

This place is nice for a family with PWD. But I'd removed the pool (coz its tiny and I dont getit there's no space) and put another bedroom. I'd install a wood accent divider that separates the kitchen and the livingroom.

Nice design of the house but have no enough ventilation to make breath of(parang di tayo makahinga) especially in the master's bedroom wherein it does only have 1 side of window.

for me hindi kagandagan ang lay-out ng bahay usually mas maganda sana if nasa likod yung kitchen area. and its too pricey for its price na 15M tapos bunggalo lang 😂

Opinion lang invest more sa quality mic like nito nakapag record na ng full kaso ang output may problem sa audio, tsaka sana na explain ng mabuti yung quality ng materials na ginamit since 15m ang price for bungalow type

Mahal sya for 15million. Marami na akong napanood na house tour mas maganda pa dito pero hindi umabot ng 15million like house ni dj chacha, it's a 2 storey house pero hindi daw umabot ng 15million ang nagastos nila plus puro top notxh quality pa mga ginamit from tflooring to furnitures to lightings. And also the one in OG na bungalow house din 3 bedrooms, 2carport garage but the construction costs ay umabot lang ng almost 6million pesos.

Di nilinaw kung house and lot ang covered ng price. Yung lot is about 300m^2 @16,000 pesos per sm (I guess) P4.8M. If that's the case, the house's fully furnished cost is about P10.2M. (say appliances, furniture's & fixtures total cost is P500k, the pool is P1M, Landscape 100k, etc. = say P2M). If that is the case, the structure's cost is about P8.2M. Siguro maraming ding overhead expenses (planning, drafting, permits application, subdivision fees, etc) and of course Contractor's markups. Just my thoughts.
