Things I will never understand about these Filipino homes.....why do they keep putting a toilet right next to the kitchen? Why do they make stairs without a guard rail? ALL STAIRS SHOULD HAVE A GIARD RAIL. Why isn't a hose in EVERY carport? Why do the servant quarters have to be so demeaning? Servants are people too and deserve respect.
Small maid's or driver's quarters are very typical nowadays. Imagine spending 20m + on a high end subdivision for a 200sqm lot. Syempre ang i p prioritize dyaan is ma maximize yung kaprasong lupa for the owner, at yung place for the servants is just parang afterthought nalang. It is what it is🤷🏻♂️
You must remember, hindi masyado kalakihan yung bahay kaya most of the time yung powder room nasa tabi lang ng kitchen kasi kung ililipat yan sa ibang location, magiging pangit yung outcome sa ibang area. Try mo kayang mag pagawa ng bahay tingnan natin. Nag pagawa ako ng bahay worth 17M, 450sqm lot area, yung toilet nasa tabi lang ng kitchen pero maganda naman.
