I'd love the house. The only thing I didnt like is the privacy. Surrounding condo and apartment are taller can see you from outside. But i guess only me concern about it.
I work in the hardware department at a system cabinet company. The brand of "Blum" is high quality furniture hardware from Germany. Of course, the price is really expensive. U can think of it as BMW of furniture hardware. Another affordable German brand of furniture hardware is called "Hafele". U can think of it as Toyota of furniture hardware. Just an example, a pair of door hinges(someone called "butterfly"). The price of Hafele brand is only RM 6++, but the price of Blum brand is more than RM 25. So u can see how high quality of Blum is.
there's no comparing with Singapore lol....no matter how nice your house is the street is packed with mat rempit, parang welding indian, corrupted police etc....you're basically living in a slum
Dear Miss Eunice. I lived in Taman Desa for 10 years and in a penthouse. However, what I don't understand here is the property which you are marketing here belongs to a foreigner. All those units were purchased by the Arab. What happened to this group here. This property can only go for not more than 2 Million as the view is feng shui wise wronged and there is a development taking place too near to this unit. Why are you selling this unit so damn expensive. I better buy it over from the bank after the owner has been wind up 😮
boring design ......too squarish ......boring colour choice ....... and ......if wind blows too hard .......your clothes will be way down stairs .......
