DreamRaZr well if it makes you feel better "body types" like ectomorphs aren't real and are not supported by any sort of science. It's shit made up by skinny and fat people so they can make up excuses.

Lucas Leal Some people prefer to work the same muscle group 2 or 3 times a week but do less sets/volume instead of 1 day a week and lots of sets/volume. Some people see better results like this however you need to have been working out a while otherwise you will be quite sore.

Naturals need more frequent stimulus than guys on gear for optimal growth; guys on gear have a far longer period of adaptive response and a much longer period of post exercise elevated MPS. In naturals MPS is only maximal for approximately 24 hours post resistance training, and elevated above baseline for 48 hours - not the case for those on gear. This is why IFBB pro's can get away with bodypart splits, and naturals need to hit each muscle group multiple times per week.
