I like modern houses as well. Lahat ng details maganda, white oak floors, extra wide baseboards and open concept. Mahirap humanap ng ganyan dito sa Ontario. Kung meron man, super pricey and bidding halos to get the house.

Needless to say I have a daughter in Quebec Canada (PR) Status & RN in one of the hospital in Ottawa Canada. Mahal pala ang mga bahay dyan? I compute mga around 21M phil. currency ang gayan palang type na bahay dyan with appliances ready for occupancy that's a lot of money? 🤔How many yrs. to pay yan kabayan sa ganyan type na bahay? with down payment also.? Congratulations po sa anak niyo kabayan. Yes kabayan mahal po, mas mahal po ang properties sa Ottawa kasi malaking City po siya. Dumaan po kami sa Ottawa and nagstay ng 1 night nung nag long drive po kami from Winnipeg papunta dito and ang ganda po ng Ottawa. Karamihan po ng bahay dito kabayan around 35yrs to pay and kung first time home buyer minimum downpayment is 5% ng price ng bahay. Maraming salamat and God bless you kabayan.
